💧Your Pelvic Floor Might Be Thirsty!
Hydration isn’t just about avoiding headaches — it’s about keeping every muscle in your body (yep, even your pelvic floor) working properly.

When you’re dehydrated, your urine becomes more concentrated, irritating your bladder and making urgency or leaks worse 🚽
Too little water can also lead to constipation, which adds pressure on your pelvic floor over time 🍑

💦 How much should you drink?
➡️ Aim for about 0.5–0.7 oz of water per pound of bodyweight per day (that’s roughly 60–85 oz for a 120 lb person).
➡️ Add 1–2 servings of electrolytes (around 1000mg sodium, 200mg potassium, 60mg magnesium) daily — especially if you’re sweating, training, or live in our Arizona heat 🧂☀️

Balanced hydration = happy bladder + strong pelvic floor 🙌

✨ If you’re struggling with leaks, urgency, or pelvic pressure, your hydration habits might be part of the puzzle — and we can help you fix the full picture.
