Armstrong Aces Baseball

Aces fans, get ready to reach new heights! The 2024-2025 season is on its way! I know that we have had quite a few people reach out to us for tryouts and information on the 2024-25 Aces season. We will be playing 13u baseball (birthdate needs to be before May 1st 2012) and we will be practicing out of the Goodyear area. I wanted to let everyone know that we will be having summer workouts that will also act as tryouts for anyone that may be interested please send me a message and I would love to bring you out and see the attitude and effort you bring to the game of baseball! We will also be having one official tryout date that will be posted to the page later this week for anyone who would be interested in that please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. We will be playing a minimum of 6 tournaments this year between August of 2024 and February of 2025 while maintaining practice twice a week excluding the holidays. One of our proudest achievements is there will be no fee for the team this year except for the purchase of the new special edition Jerseys that are currently being designed. We are ready to have a great club season over the next 8-9 months and we would love to give anyone who would like to tryout a chance to be a part of it!!

ACE OF THE WEEK

Today, our Ace of the Week is #11 J’Koah Cruz. J’Koah has been our primary catcher so far this year, and he has done a great job of managing the game. J’Koah will also play a little 3B and CF for us, as he is very versatile. J’Koah is also a pitcher, but it’s hard to take him away from behind the plate. In our first tournament of the year, he hit his first Homerun over the fence and is currently leading the team in batting average. J’Koah is an absolute unit at the plate, and when he is focused on hitting line drives, there is no one that I would take over him at the plate. Another great thing about J’Koah is that he is always out there having fun and positively affects all of his teammates. We are so happy to have the opportunity to call J’Koah Cruz a part of our Aces family.
