Day 3 of rough framing. There’s much that has been completed in a short amount of time. That’s because when you deal with the best crews and project manger (Me) things get done. It takes great teamwork to build something like this. It’s not a small feet but when you have Faith, organization, and keep moving forward you can accomplish great things. I started out buying and rehabbing $30,000 houses in Pontiac Michigan. Now we’re working on $3,000,000 houses in Phoenix. There’s not a lot of differences in either one, except for the beliefs that I can do it. With that said one of my favorite Bible scriptures Philippians 4:13 “ I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST JESUS WHO STRENGTHENS ME”.

A day in the life of Brian Yelder. It’s Breast Cancer awareness time. I’m getting infusion today at Mayo Clinic in Phoenix. Up at 5:30am and just finished treatment 12:40. I have this male breast cancer treatment done every 3 weeks. My wife partner (Marilyn) is always here with me. I keep moving forward everyday. Thanks Kups.

My cancer treatment story since December 2018. My hope in God Almighty has certainly held me together. I know this has been hard for my parents, sons, and especially my wife who’ve had to be a witness of it all. I’ve asked Marilyn to be the gatekeeper to keep any negativity and/or pity that could have come my way. I had to keep my mentality strong and be resilient emotionally. Over these last 40 months I’ve had 2 surgeries, 31 radiation treatments, 42+ (MRI’s, CT’s, Bone, and Spine scans), 3 different types of chemotherapy, 50 infusions, and at least 70 doctor visits. I’ve changed my diet and most importantly continued to praise and worship. My faith has definitely been the biggest factor in all of this…. to be continued
