Who’s a fan of cabbage?

Melting Cabbage 🥬

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup of of chicker broth
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
- half of onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of chili oil
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Slice head of cabbage into half, and then into quarters. Cut out rough center and then into smaller slices.
2. Sear cabbage in butter, and transfer to baking dish.
3. Sauté onion and garlic in butter until soft. About 3 minutes.
4. Add cream, broth, cheese, chili oil, and seasoning to pan and cook until bubbly and thickens. About 7-8 minutes.
5. Pour sauce over cabbage and bake in a 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until cabbage is fork tender.
