Despite the rainy weather making it tough to work outdoors lately, we're not letting it stop us from learning and growing! Our construction management team took this as an opportunity for some valuable training in the office. Rain or shine, we're always striving to improve!

Leadership principle for the week: We come from a faithful provider, therefore we must be faithful people who live out a faithful purpose.

This principle comes from the book our Bible study group is reading titled, “Shine, A Vision for Life and Work that Impacts Eternity” written by Kris Denbesten. This principle discusses how we as faithful people must also show our faith in our work. Faithful employees are loyal, dependable, dedicated, and committed to giving their best effort, regardless of circumstance. These employees do the right things for the right reasons while positively impacting an organization through their positive example. Faithful employers are committed to high standards of performance, help employees improve, and cultivate a culture of honesty and ethical morality.
