Legacy Endodontics (Wade R. Hirschman DDS MS)

A little fresh mountain air, a lot of laughs, and some well-deserved time together. ⛰️☀️
This past weekend, the Legacy Endodontics team headed up to Keystone and Dillon for our team retreat. We enjoyed a scenic hike, spent time out on the water on a pontoon boat, and most importantly, strengthened the relationships that help us provide exceptional care to our patients every day.
We were even joined by our honorary team member, Wile-E, Dr. Hirschman's four-legged sidekick, who happily tagged along for the adventure and made sure everyone stayed on their toes. 🐾
We're grateful for a team that works hard, supports one another, and shares a commitment to creating the best possible experience for our patients.
We missed having our wonderful Patient Concierge Rep, Tayla, with us, but she was certainly there in spirit! 💙
Here's to teamwork, mountain views, wagging tails, and making memories together.
A man of many talents 🤹♂️

Patient Case Monday! 🦷
When infection affects multiple teeth, the right diagnosis and treatment plan can make all the difference.
In this case, a patient had an infection involving several upper teeth—some of which had previous root canal treatment that hadn’t fully resolved the issue. Using advanced 3D imaging and a comprehensive evaluation, we were able to identify the source of infection and create a targeted approach to save the natural teeth whenever possible.
Treatment included:
- Root canal therapy to address complex anatomy
- Microsurgical treatment (apicoectomy) to remove infection at the root level
- Careful management of prior treatment challenges
The result?
At 6 months: clear signs of healing and bone regeneration
At 1 year: continued bone recovery and successful outcomes
Our goal is always to provide clarity, precision, and the most predictable path forward—especially in complex cases.
If something doesn’t feel right, a specialty evaluation can help uncover what’s really going on and guide the best next step.
