This beautiful being transitioned this week. I wasn’t there, but I held ceremony from afar to honor her life. She was truly wise, a magical being that invited everyone to slow down and take in the wonder around us.

On a trip many years ago, she came and snuggled into the crook of my neck in the middle of the night, bringing me such love with her presence. On that same trip, she sat with me the first time I received an oracle card reading her mom did with me. She felt my nervousness and excitement at opening up to new ways of connecting and sat with me, again, with such love.

When I sat in ceremony for her this week, I pulled three cards from a Rumi deck to mirror the three cards I pulled for my first reading she was at. I asked Gogi what messages she wanted to speak through the cards in that moment. The cards couldn’t have been more perfect.

Truly, Gogi was tuned in to the unseen world, and now she walks with us from that unseen space, ever a force for love.
