Next Generation Equipment Training

𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗚𝗲𝗻 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 had an opportunity to conduct a mini open house last week with the Colorado 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗵𝘆 team. 𝗖𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗲𝗿 was in town to speak at the Colorado CFMA chapter on "𝘚𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘓𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘰𝘯 𝘔𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘭 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘚𝘶𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘈𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴/𝘗𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯". Take a look at Cal on the simulator, he looks official and YES, he was safely operating an excavator (with a little oversight…..). What a great time with some incredible people in the construction industry!

𝗢𝗘 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗚𝗲𝗻 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 hosted another GREAT heavy equipment training class this week. Led by instructor 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗹𝘃𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘇 the Director of Training for the Colorado Contractors Association, the monthly virtual and live class is part of the 4 week Construction Careers Now program from AGC Colorado and the Colorado Contractors Association. The class is free and is designed as a workforce development program to educate and introduce individuals to the world of construction here in Colorado. The students of all ages, learn about the construction industry and the many trades and careers that are possible, they even come out of the program with an OSHA 10 certification and attend a hiring fair made up of General Contractors and Subcontractors. The goal is help build the workforce in the industry and provide information and access to the many positions open in the construction industry. We love working with CCN and Moses to help bring more individuals into the world of heavy equipment operation and construction opportunities!
