We’ve officially broken ground on Hamilton Commerce Center – Springville, a new Class A industrial development designed to bring flexible, high-quality space to Utah County.

Located less than a mile from I-15, the project will add nearly 200,000 square feet of modern industrial space to support a broad range of users and the continued growth of the region.

This project reflects the strength of the Utah market, our long-term investment in the region and the opportunity to help support local economic growth through functional, forward-looking development.

In Avondale, Colorado, our team worked with Xcel Energy on the Rocky Mountain Solar + Storage project, a facility that provides 325 megawatts of clean solar energy and 800 megawatt-hours of energy storage.

The project also includes a 230kV substation with three main power transformers, helping connect this new source of clean energy to the grid.
