Being the owner or “boss” (I don’t love that word) I really have made it my mission to have this team feel that Unwind is just as much their business as it is mine. Why? Because we love, care and protect the things that belong to us and having a sense of ownership at the salon creates a really healthy balance. These women have helped me to grow my vision and nurture the creative space in which we will continue to evolve in together.
