This mother-son duo brings energy, positivity, and consistency to every class. Brett has been a familiar face at CFCA for years, while Joan has quickly become a wonderful addition to our community. From hockey to swimming, they’ve each built a lifelong love of athletics, and it shows every time they walk through our doors.

CFCA Reminder!
A quick reminder that class sign-up closes 2 hours before the start of class.
If no one is signed up by then, a coach will not be scheduled for that class.
Still want to work out? Open Gym will remain available during that time, so you’re always welcome to come in and train on your own.
