Our ROP CTE Culinary II students at Charter Oak High School are putting their skills to work by hand–crafting delicious fortune cookies to honor the Year of the Horse! From mixing and shaping to baking and folding, these students are blending tradition, creativity, and culinary technique into every sweet bite. We’re so proud of their hard work and talent!
