Assistant Coach - Duties and Responsibilities: Day-to-day responsibilities include working with and coaching a team to ensure maximum performance for outbound telephone calls to solicit pledges on behalf of our Clients. Monitoring and coaching TSRs, including, but not limited to, ensuring the effective and efficient ex*****on of the following:

-Monitor, coach and perform tape reviews with TSRs daily, as directed by Center/Shift Manager to meet quality monitoring minimums. Use and maintain appropriate Spot Monitoring and Long (Tape) Monitoring forms.
-Assist in conducting daily floor rallies at start of shift and after all breaks as directed.
-Assist assigned TSRs in developing the skills necessary to perform the functions of their position.
-Assist Center/Shift Manager with campaign management in SER system as directed.
-Assist directing TSRs to meet daily operating plans to achieve goals and objectives, including but not limited to:
-Credit Card Percentage
-Client Goals
-Monitoring and Coaching Sessions
-Responsible to achieve and maintain fundraising goals on all client projects directly called on by Assistant Coach.
-Responsible for building rapport with each TSR and taking a genuine interest in their success.
-Suggest movement of TSRs to Center/Shift Manger or Trainer to maximize project performance.
-Perform the duties of the Coach/Trainer role in their absence as directed.
-Responsible for assigned TSRs delivering professional, accurate and complete presentations.
-Inform Center Manager of human resource issues and follow Center Managers direction.
-Inform Center/Shift Manager of issues surrounding company and department policy (attendance, dress code, food & drink off the floor, proper language, etc).
Duties include motivation, quality and achievement of Client objectives while providing highest level of customer service.

Responsible for the call center facility:

-Security, cleanliness, appearance and professionalism.
-Assume Validation duties as directed by Center/Shift Manager, or as required to meet project goals.
-Work with Center/Shift Manager to maintain a fun and professional work environment.
-Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities:

-Exceptional organization and communications skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to lead from the front.
-Excellent oral communications with TSRs, Coaches, and Center management
-Ability to work under pressure and multi-task; ability to juggle changing requirements in a fast paced environment

-Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
-Excellent problem solving skills
-Excellent skills in developing staff

Non-Essential Functions:

Position from time-to-time requires incumbent to perform additional duties as required which includes Nights and Weekends.

Education:

High School diploma/some college preferred

Experience:

6 months 1 year of experience in outbound call center operations. Fundraising experience a plus.

Starting pay:

$16.00 per hour with a generous bonus program
