Looking for up to 4 hard-working people who follow directions and learn quickly.

Scope of Work:
Week 1 and 2: Outside plant work includes; trenching, hand digging, laying conduit, installing wall enclosures, etc.
Week 3 - 10: Inside plant work, incudes; attic work, drywall cutouts, wire and conduit wall fishing, drilling, and mounting.

Pay and expectations:

First Full and partial Week: Pays $14 an hour: If asked to stay on the contractor will get a raise on Monday of the 2nd Full week.
After 1st Full Week: Pay is $16
30 days and beyond: Raises will be made from time-to-time based on performance.

Note: Those who do not work hard and "smart" will be sent home immediately.

* Must wear boots and work attire. Must look the part: i.e. look like a construction worker. i.e. No baggy pants, sweat pants, tennis shoes.
* Must have a valid ID card and SS #
* W9 work only (i.e. 1099)
* Weekly pay by Check, PayPal, Zelle, and or other digital pay/transfers only. No cash.
* Please pack a lunch for those who do not have transportation for lunchtime.

- Optional: Bring tools; shovels, trenchers, power drills, tool belts, etc.
