Highlights from last night's Contemporary Cuisine class. Acquacotta (baked Tuscan veggie soup with poached egg), butternut-ricotta appetizer, branzino with coconut-sweet potato puree and pickled pineapple salsa, and a milk braised pork duo with potato, greens and fried herb sauce. So good!
