The Wyoming Integrated Test Center (ITC) was delighted to open its doors to a distinguished group last week, including Hiroyuki Okajima, the Japanese Consul General in Denver, alongside industry leaders from New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) and the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO).

The ITC offers a unique, integrated platform for testing and developing cutting-edge carbon capture technologies. Engaging with international leaders and organizations like these is crucial for sharing knowledge, accelerating innovation, and fostering global partnerships to address complex energy challenges. The University of Wyoming Energy Resources Council (ERC) will meet at 7:30 a.m. Friday, April 11, at Laramie’s Hilton Garden Inn for the council’s regularly scheduled quarterly meeting.

During the meeting, UW School of Energy Resources (SER) Executive Director Holly Krutka will provide an overview of major SER activities throughout the first quarter of 2025. This will be followed by SER division reports -- including the Wyoming Integrated Test Center -- and a finance update.
