🏡 June Market Update: Summer Momentum Continues! 📈

The local market picked up steam in June compared to May, with more homes selling, inventory growing, and average sales prices seeing a healthy jump.

📊 May vs. June
• Active Listings: 73 → 76 (+3)
• Days on Market: 61 → 63 (+2)
• Average Sales Price: $362,068 → $383,140 (+$21,072)
• Homes Sold: 54 → 63 (+9)

What does this tell us? Buyers are still active, and while homes are taking slightly longer to sell, strong demand is helping drive prices upward. More inventory is giving buyers additional choices, but well-priced homes continue to attract attention.
