In most cases, no. Most insurance companies will inspect your vehicle and write their own initial estimate. That estimate is simply the starting point for the repair process.
Once your vehicle arrives at Hillcrest Auto Body, our technicians perform a thorough inspection. If we find additional damage that wasn't visible during the initial insurance inspection—which is very common with hail damage—we work directly with your insurance company to document the damage and obtain approval for any additional repairs needed.
Our goal is simple: to restore your vehicle to its pre-loss condition safely and correctly.
We know the claims process can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate it alone. We'll work with you and your insurance company every step of the way to help make the repair process as smooth as possible.
