Interesting morning on The Lake with the big changes in weather systems. 29 inches and 9 lbs this lake trout smashed a fly on the downrigger and took about 75 feet of line in an instant! Fun experience for sure.

Still getting some great quality fish on the lake with the best fishing days still ahead of us. Keep working the efforts pay off.

Boated some nice salmon this morning and missed even more than we caught! Found a nice spot out of the wind and warmer water! Keep plugging away! All back to be caught again.
