One of the main things that sets an Airbnb apart from a hotel experience is access to a kitchen and dining space. One of our greatest wins is providing coffee, tea, sugar and creamer varieties. In addition to all major appliances and cookware that allows people to feel right at home!

Before & After! The kitchen in this condo saw the greatest transformation, with a brave choice of blue cabinets, a gorgeous new backsplash and waterfall counter, and tons of additional lighting. We decided to open up the space by removing the partition wall above the sink, and adding and much deeper counter and seating instead.

This condo was a half flip, but came through with amazing results! I changed what I thought was necessary to make this space a beautiful and functional short term rental. Fortunately, it’s been quite the success and our guests love it! Can’t wait to share the transformation with you.

I was born and raised in Canada, and one day I finally decided to trade the snow for sunshine (300+ days a year!) and made the desert my new home🌵 Not long after, I stumbled into my first Airbnb opportunity, and it sparked a passion that turned into a full-blown career.

Today, I’m an Airbnb Superhost and owner with over five years of hands-on experience in short-term rentals here in the Valley. With a degree in architecture and a passion for design, I specialize in turning properties into beautiful, high-performing Airbnb spaces that guests rave about and homeowners truly benefit from.

I started Zayn Creative Spaces because I genuinely love hosting. It’s something my culture has taught me to do well, and it brings me so much joy. I don’t just create stays, I create experiences. I believe every detail matters in making guests feel welcomed, inspired, and cared for.

My team and I set your short-term rental up for success, then manage it from end to end. The result? A seamless experience, happy guests, and a profitable investment for you.

And when I’m not styling homes or coordinating check-ins, you’ll probably find me working from one of my favorite coffee shops around the Valley — I’m a bit of a coffee connoisseur and do my most creative thinking with a great cup in hand. ☕

Always try to put at least one kind bed in each home. Thankfully we were able to comfortably fit a king and a queen pull out couch in this guesthouse! This switch from a queen, and adding stacked laundry machines actually increased bookings during year 2!

This kitchenette is what differentiates this little space from other guest houses in the area. Even without a stove, guests love that they have access to a sink, full-sized refrigerator, and a coffee machine. Must highlight what makes each listing unique!
