We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to keep our business running smoothly and efficiently!

A few responsibilities include:
• Assist with payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Take incoming calls and coordinate construction scheduling
• Lien releases and lien waivers
• Manage social media accounts
