Summary: In our always-on world, it's easy to get lost in the noise. This exclusive, small-group gathering is your invitation to pause and connect with the deeper aspects of your being. We will explore the principles of karma—the law of cause and effect—through meditation and conscious action. You'll gain tools for clearing karmic blocks, cultivating compassion, and aligning your actions with your highest self.
Light, mindful drinks and food will be included.

Introduction to Karma: Discuss karma as a spiritual tool for growth and how our actions and intentions shape our present and future.

Karmic Healing Techniques: Engage in guided practices for self-reflection and releasing old patterns. This may include gentle stretching and forgiveness meditation.

Collective Karma: Explore how our individual actions impact the groups and communities we belong to.

Closing Meditation & Intention Setting:
End with a guided loving-kindness meditation to send positive energy into the world and set an intention for the week ahead.

A selection of light, healthy finger foods (fruit, cheese, hummus, veggies).
