A lot of people ask what actually happens right after a home is purchased. Here’s a quick look behind the scenes.
🔑 Day One | Access & Assessment
Day one is all about getting eyes on the property.
We get the keys, bring in a locksmith we trust, and make sure we can access every part of the home.
In this case, the backyard was locked off, so yes, bolt cutters came out.
Once we’re in, we walk the entire property to see exactly what we’re working with.

Overall layout and repairs needed
No guessing. Just real conditions.
🧹 Day Two | Clean Out & Reset
Day two is the big clean.

Junk haul-off
Clearing the space so trades can work efficiently
This step is critical because painters and repair crews can’t start until the home is fully cleared.
🛠️ Contractors Are Lined Up Early
While all of this is happening, we’re also scheduling painters, repair crews, and vendors.
