Just a friendly reminder that how you store your breastmilk MATTERS! 🍼

Here are some general tips for your breastmilk storage:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👶 Make sure to clean and sterilize any containers before you use them to store your milk
👶 Always label your containers/bags with the date and time they were expressed
👶 Store milk in 2-4oz portions to avoid any unneeded waste
👶 Don’t mix freshly expressed milk with chilled milk — make sure they are the same temperature before combining
👶 Thaw frozen milk in the fridge or in warm running water. ❗️ NEVER MICROWAVE BREASTMILK ❗️
