Rolling the shoulders under the chin. Arm anchored down into position. Snap the elbow, and move the body past the anchor point.

Another WORKOUT WEDNESDAY 😎

Here is a great set we did, on a Monday, Long Course.
Working through the energy systems.

Many technical focuses here. Looking for max engagement and focus to avoid decay in this type of set.

Maintaining stroke quality as effort increases.

Deeper on the pull, holding water up his arm, and specifically here the way he finishes his put is great.

He pushes to help of his hand band, letting there be extension in the wrist.
Allowing him to maintain grip on the water for a long time.
