Placenta spotlight! Look at her in all her glory. Everyone of us came from on of these. This placenta went on to become magical placenta smoothies, and pills for postpartum support.

Go take a walk! Movement is the lotion to the body, pour into it, move, be in motion. It makes all the things better. 😉 who would go on regular walks/runs with me?

I’ve had many a births over this past year where I had enough time to drop my things at the door, stuff, emotional baggage, physical exhaustion, and walk in ready to support the birthing mother. Simply being. Holding space while you beautiful beings bring your baby into the world.
