Hello summer body 👙☀️🩳👗 I hear you! You Want something to satisfy your sweet tooth without the guilt, well here ot is. Feel free to use any combination of seeds and nuts you love. Also you can use roasted/salted seeds or nuts, it’s really up to you. Ingredients: •1/3 cup (38 grams) raw pumpkin seeds •1/3 cup (46 grams) raw sunflower seeds •1/3 cup (42 grams) sesame seeds •1/3 cup (43 grams) raw chopped pistachios •1/3 cup (43 grams) raw chopped cashews •1/3 cup (43 grams) slivered almonds •1/3 cup (26 grams) shredded unsweetened coconut •1/3 cup (80 ml) raw sesame paste aka tahini •1/4 cup (60 ml) maple syrup •1 cup ( 150 grams) dairy free chocolate chips •Maldon flaky salt to top Directions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350° F 180° C. 2. Place your seeds and nuts into a bowl. 3. Pour over your tahini and maple syrup. 4. Mix well. 5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 6. Spread and flatten out mixture. 7. Bake for 15 minutes making sure it doesn’t burn. 8. Melt chocolate chips in microwave in incrementing 25 seconds each. About 3 times. 9. Pour chocolate over baked seed/nut and smooth out. 10. Top with flaky salt. 11. Freeze to harden and cut into chunks. 12.
