Three AR15 barrels, and one Savage 22 barrel. I threaded all of these barrels, shortened the three AR15 barrels, profiled the muzzle end of the longest AR15 barrel to a M4 spec, and profiled the area under the hand guards.

Custom fit for a Samurai
Today, I will embark upon my biggest fabrication job. I'll be building six planter boxes from 1/4" thick steel. Two will be two feet tall, two feet wide, and ten feet long. The other four boxes will be 48"x48"x42", 48"x48"x38" 48"x48"x34", and 48"x48"x30". 3500 lbs of material will test my back, logistical, and rigging skills. When the boxes are done, they'll be loaded onto a trailer, then hauled up north, at which point they'll be unloaded by an excavator. Wish me luck!

Finished up the prototype arm rest for my buddy who does tats. I am not happy with the height adjustment. Instead of holes on 2" centers for, I think I'll cut 3/16" chamfered grooves into the .120 wall 1.625 tubing. I think it'll provide a cleaner look. I don't like the clamping mechanism for the arm rest itself (at the top). Researching ideas for that this morning.
Also going to change the legs. I don't have notching equipment, and did the notching on these 1 5/8 tubes by hand, and mig welded the joints, vertical down. The bottom of the feet are capped, and will get rubber stick-on pads to prevent slipping. As you can imagine, capping the leg ends on a 45 is a lot more time consuming than doing straight cuts, so I think I'll change the legs to come straight out of the vertical tube (easier on that joint for production work), then turn 90 to the ground. This way, the ends won't have to be capped, and can take rubber slip-on feet.
