As for me, I am likely moving me and my boys back to Texas this summer!! My oldest is going into HS and I’m ready for sun back in my life so off we go!! I am training to capture some masters triple jump records and started my own fitness and nutrition business , as I have realized I am naturally an athlete/coach and I love love love seeing people reach their health and fitness goals. When we get exercise and our nutrition on point we are so much healthier mentally and physically. My goal is to see people “love themselves so they can better love others!” I can do biz from anywhere and it is something I can devote as much time to as I want, so it’s a great fit for me with growing active boys!! Cheers to new beginnings!! 🥂. Keep growing…that’s the only way to ensure you are living!!! 🙏🏽
