David Olson for State Representative

I am honored to have the endorsement of former Washington Attorney General Rob McKenna.
Rob is helping lead the fight against Olympia’s new income tax. Unconstitutional, with no safeguards, more reckless spending, and zero discipline.
His endorsement of my campaign means a great deal because he recognizes the fiscal leadership, accountability, and common sense I will bring to the State House.
Olympia has lost focus. It is time to restore balance.
I’m grateful for the positive feedback we’ve received on this commercial. It reflects exactly why I’m running. To support strong public schools, expand career and technical education, and make sure students have real pathways into the trades, apprenticeships, college, military service, or the workforce.
Our community deserves practical leadership, accountable government, and a stronger future for the next generation.
I’d be honored to earn your vote.

I am honored to have the endorsement of State Rep April Connors.
April has been a strong voice for affordability, housing solutions, responsible budgeting, and accountability in Olympia. Her support means a great deal to me because those are exactly the issues families across the 26th District are facing every day.
I am grateful for her confidence in my campaign and look forward to working to bring common sense, balance, and real-world leadership to the State House.

I am honored to have the endorsement of Dave Reichert.
Dave has served Washington as King County Sheriff, a five-term U.S. Congressman, and a veteran. He understands public safety, accountability, and what real public service looks like.
This race is about restoring balance in Olympia. Families are paying more, public safety remains a serious concern, students need stronger academic and career pathways, and taxpayers deserve leaders who know how to manage public dollars responsibly.
As a Navy veteran, public finance banker, and 13-year school board member, I am ready to bring common sense and steady leadership to the State House.
Thank you, Dave, for your support.

Former Governor Gregoire recently asked: “When we pay state taxes, what are we getting in return? All too often we find we pay the tax, and things are getting worse.”
Exactly why it’s time to elect conservatives in this election. To restore balance after forty-years of one-party rule.

This exemplifies the inherent issues plaguing Olympia, underscoring the imperative for voters to elect conservative, fiscally responsible, and business-friendly state legislators to reestablish balance in the capital. One-party dominance for over 40 years has been detrimental to this great state.

Had the pleasure to attend and speak at the Silverdale-Seabeck Republican Women (SSRW) luncheon today. Very nice turnout. I always enjoy speaking to voters and answering their questions.

Representative Travis Couture is a staunch advocate for Washinton's most vulnerable children and his passion is infectious. It is an honor to know him and to have his endorsement for this important legislative position I am seeking. I look forward to working with him in Olympia in 2026.
