Congratulations to Maureen (Mo) Mayo, CFI of the year for the Seattle FSDO!!!

Mo, a gold seal flight instructor, has been teaching at Pavco as a CFI /CFII/MEI for 5 years and has recommended students for 62 checkrides, including 15 initial CFI applicants. In addition to teaching full-time at Pavco, Mo is the chief instructor for the RFTS flying club. She works tirelessly to ensure her students’ success, and her dedication to her students is truly unparalleled. She is endlessly positive and encouraging, and motivates students to work hard and believe in themselves. Flight training is only so rewarding because it is fraught with challenges, and having an instructor like Mo to guide you through the roadblocks makes all the difference. Congratulations, Mo! Pavco sure is lucky to have you!
