We recently completed a network relocation and infrastructure refresh at a client site in Sarasota — and it was one of those projects that reminded us why planning and documentation matter just as much as ex*****on.

The initial task looked straightforward: terminate 48 cables and add 9 more. Once on site, we identified additional infrastructure needs beyond the original scope to support wireless access points and endpoint expansion. After documenting our assessment and recommendations, the client chose an adjusted path that balanced their budget and technical needs.

Through collaboration and transparency, the client also decided to expand their wireless coverage from three to five access points to better support the space. We documented the cabling requirements and have the additional work queued once the hardware arrives.

Waltronz Tech recently completed a full relocation and IT infrastructure deployment for Lakewood Ranch Heart Center, transitioning their entire operation into a newly constructed facility. This project required meticulous coordination to ensure that every system—from administrative workstations to specialized medical equipment—was fully functional the moment they reopened their doors.

Our team designed and implemented a complete network solution, including:
• Structured cabling installation and new network drops throughout the facility
• A fully equipped server rack with clean cable management and optimized airflow
• Migration of the practice’s NAS and critical data systems from the previous location
• Setup and configuration of 26 workstations and all associated medical devices
