I started this journey many years ago. It is a huge honor to be promoted by Sensei Erik Paulson and Professor Pat Tray! Thank you to all my coaches, friends, and training partners throughout the years. Jiu Jitsu is, by far, the hardest and most rewarding experience of my life. Thank you to Professor Chris Fones for starting me on this path in 2011 and for Professor Jim and Jerry for the continued training. Though this sport is about personal growth, it is important to note that it cannot be done alone. Black Belt to me, is starting over...beginning again...being humble....sharing the art...and still being a student every day!
