the Gettysburg Area Ministerium of Churches Housing Summit on Community Safety is happening TODAY at 1:30PM. It's not too late to join us in person at the Gettysburg Borough Council building. Remote attendees - email [email protected] to receive a zoom link.

This is an open conversation with several law enforcement officers to build understanding and strengthen our community. This is the 1st conversation in a larger dialogue. Please bring an open and respectful heart and mind.

This week and the next will be joyfully busy! We invite you to join us out and about in the community raising awareness about housing insecurity and veterans.

This Thursday the Gettysburg Area Ministerium of Churches will host a Housing Summit at 1:30PM on Community Safety. We have limited seating at the Borough Council conference room, so we encourage you to sign up TODAY via their website (https://www.gettysburgchurches.org/events).

This coming MONDAY - July 20th from 1-2:30PM, hosts our July Coalition where we will discuss insights from our March 19th Municipal Workshop. With the recent news about the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act now becoming law, it's the time to shift from ideation to activation! We are proud to be joining Operation Honor: Rural Salute® in Pennsylvania on July 25! It’s a 100% free community day built around the people who serve and the families who carry it with them.
There will be food trucks, live music, a petting zoo for the kids, and real on-site support from organizations like ours. Come out, grab some food, and connect with your community.

We had the pleasure of hearing Max speak at last Thursday's Council of Governments meeting. We encourage you to read the article and get outdoors (when it's cool).

HABPI board member Max Bramel recently made a presentation to the Adams County Council of Governments about the economic benefits of bike trails. The Gettysburg Times did a great job reporting on the presentation in today's paper.
