Congratulations to our volunteer of the year award winner - Diego Morones-Castillo 🎉He is such a wonderful asset to our group and library, that he was also elected as vice president to the Friends of the Georgetown Public Library.

The Friends of the Georgetown Public Library are starting its membership drive early. We are looking for people to join our committee, which is dedicated for raising funds to assist the library in meeting its operating costs.

Volunteer opportunities include setting up, working, and clean up for our book sales and other events. We also man our table at community events such as Wings and Wheels or our 5K run.

Membership costs as little as $10 for an individual and is tax deductible for 2025 if you join by 12/31/25.
