We are HIRING! Grow currently has three position openings as of February 27, 2026! We are in immediate need of Janitorial, Driver, and Employment Specialist. The Janitorial and Driving can be combined to have full time hours with weekly overtime. The Employment Specialist is considered part time but may have additional hours on a regular basis. Applicants must have a GED or diploma, good driving record, pass a drug test and physical for DOT in order to work. Part-time Driver needed to transport adults to work in the Brown County area. 25 hours plus per week, $17.40 per hour. Applicants must have a valid license with less than 6 points (NO CDL REQUIRED), diploma or GED, ability to pass a physical and drug screen, and be able to pass a background check. All training is paid for as well as your time to train.
