Millgrove Farms

Some 20 years ago my sweet Daddy decided I needed to market “Charleston Soup Bunches” in our market. He was raised in Charleston and worked in the Farmers Market as a boy. This soup bunch was often his pay for the days work. In the pictures you wil see he lovingly wrote the recipe and also added his marketing idea. I recently ran across these precious pieces of paper while beginning to sort through my tons of collected recipes. A week or so later, I had a customer inquire about these bunches! Call it fate, call it a coincidece, I call it a God Wink ❤️. My sweet Daddy passed in November of 2015. Somehow he wanted me to bring this delicious memory back…. And I am so glad he did!! Made a big ole pot today using his recipe with my own added ❤️ for my family! Yes! These bunches will be available Saturday morning The Growers Market and McClellanville Growers Market… from our hearts to yours! You really never know how a few saved scraps of paper, a customer and a bunch of veggies can form a comforting hug from days gone by! Enjoy!
