Today, the “Tide To Table Program” participants, not only did some foraging, but, learned some basics of cast iron cooking, and stepped back in time to gain some knowledge of traditional medicine practiced in the early years of South Carolina. And, let’s not forget tasting a few recipes gathered and made from some area plants. The next “Tide to Table Program” will be in the fall. Come out and join us!
