So called contractors using 1/2 as a subfloor and not even screwing it in to studs…Charles came in and ripped it all out and going through the whole space and strengthening it and properly putting 3/4 down. This is what builds trust and why we get re-hired. Knowledge and doing quality work vs just trying to make a quick buck with subpar results.
