Join us Saturday, June 13 in the Indigo Room for an intimate five-course dinner by Executive Chef Dylan Shook — an evening built around the ease of summer and the flavors of the coast.

Each course features fresh, seasonal ingredients paired with rosé wines from around the world, from a celebratory Champagne rosé to expressive pours from Etna and Provence.
