I have told myself for a long time that I need to get better about posting on here, but I struggle to find the time to make that happen. I am eyeing expansion in the very near future and my goal is to utilize the extra help to get informative blog posts out to provide basic legal information to the public on various areas of the law.

However, I can’t think of a better way to kick things off than this. Yesterday, I wrapped up the final day of a 3-day jury trial in Adams County where my client was charged with Felonious Assault, a felony of the 2nd degree, as well as a 3-year firearm specification. The jury deliberated for a little over an hour before returning a Not Guilty verdict. Very few things match the thrill of hearing those 2 magic words.
