The common phrase "red sky at morning" is a line from an ancient rhyme often repeated by mariners: Red sky at night, sailors' delight. Red sky at morning, sailors take warning. This morning, a beautiful red and pink sunrise, and we now have a weather advisory for the area. The old rhyme had truth to it today.

I took this morning's photo with an iPhone, not my camera, as I had my big lens on, hoping for wildlife this morning. Unfortunately, no wildlife, but the sunrise was exquisite.
