No Straight Path

Today we honor those who gave their lives through service to our country.

And although everyone has their own way to honor those who are no longer with us, today is a way for many people to come together and pay respects as a community. It’s an opportunity to share stories of our loved ones with family, friends, and even strangers, which in turn immortalizes the memory of the ones we’ve lost.

If you feel inclined to go a little further today, we suggest hitting the Memorial Murph Workout. It’s not an easy workout, but if you push through it you’ll be happy you did.

And if you’re in the area and would like to do this workout as a group, you can join us at .fitness in Round Rock at 5pm.

One week out! Our annual Memorial Murph Workout returns Monday, May 25th at 5PM at OBK Fitness in Round Rock, TX.

This event is FREE to attend. All levels welcome.

This is a workout you won’t want to skip, it’s a great opportunity to honor those who are no longer with us, all while enjoying a great atmosphere and having an opportunity to network with like-minded people (and brands).
