Congrats to student presenters and award recipients recognized at the Community Engaged Scholarship Forum! Shout out to Montezuma Audubon Center (Community Partner of the Year), Associate Professor Gabriella D'Angelo (Civically Engaged Faculty Member of the Year), Abby Hark and Abigail Cole (Outstanding Student Scholarship) for contributions to genevaparkscollective and Food Recovery Network, respectively, and to Hobart College Baseball player Andrew Bolduc for receiving the Inspirational Leadership Spark Award. The Water Quality Symposium is quickly approaching, as it takes place next week on Thursday, May 28! Join us for an evening of learning and conversation as scientists, community leaders, and advocates come together to discuss the future of Seneca Lake and the challenges facing our watershed.

Annual community donation effort underway ♻️ local non-profit org partners are coming throughout the week and summer students are welcome to come by today and Tuesday between 12-2 to take what you need (fan, clothing, lamp, cleaning supplies). Bring a bag. Stewards have been working hard - please thank one if you see one lifting or organizing items!
