So after much thought and research we come to the conclusion...We have chosen a Trap and Camera!!!

But with that decision out of the way comes the bigger decision. To offer this service free of charge after flying for our clients, or to add a small additional charge to setup the trap and camera.

You guys voiced your opinion and stated you'd like to see donations raised so this can be a free service offered. So here's the sum of it all...

As yall know I'm 100% transparent and shoot straight with you guys. So heres the breakdown on cost...

☆ Tomahawk 5ft trap (with powder coating and a wheel kit) including shipping - $983.25
☆ Reolink Live camera (with 3 year warranty)
$275.40
☆ Plus we have to factor in a yearly subscription for that camera but should be under $100 a year.

So we are roughing in to a grand total of $1,400

Since starting our business in February 2024 we have always set out to give customers 110% satisfaction. And since starting our Pet Rescue side of the business in January 2025 we are constantly learning how to adapt and learn new ways to bring every fur baby home safely.

That's why we are thinking about expanding our business into the humane trapping side of things. Sometimes we find missing pets but they are to skiddish and afraid to come to there owners. But with a humane trap we can bait it with yummy treats and alow these precious pets to be caught on their terms. But with everything in life these things cost money.

As most of you know we charge for our thermal drone services. But this side of our business (humanly trapping) we would like to offer for free. Say if we come out, locate your pet but cant successfully retrieve it with the owners, we'd like to offer the humane trap side free of charge. Otherwise it would be an additional charge and more cost to the owners for such services.

What are your guys thoughts?

If we went 2 different routes what would your opinion be on this matter?

Get donations for the trap and camera so we can offer the humane trap to clients for free?

Or

Charge clients a small amount more for setting up and monitoring the camera/trap throughout the time its set.

This is the Trap and Camera we have in mind and are proven tools of the trade.

While we absolutely adore our amazing followers on this page and LOVE all of the shout outs. This time of year its very difficult to do our jobs to the max. With thick canopies (leafs on trees) we try and stay away from pet rescues as much as possible. Reasons being we personally dont think its fair to our customers to pay for a service where we cant provide 100% guarantee your pet isn't in the area we searched. Also with it being warmer months the chances of a pet freezing to death are nonexistent.

So we recommend signage is the best route for our customers money. We try and stay brutally honest and ALWAYS want the best for the customers. Some people like the straight down and dirty truth and sometimes its the best in these type of situations. So again we thank each of you for sticking with us, but during the summer months its more of a toss up with all this foliage.

We are a legit business, we work hard and we take each and every call with 100% seriousness. To have fake profiles using our images and stories is a slap in not only our faces but our customers as well. And that is NOT acceptable.

A few weeks ago we let you guys know of a fake profile that's been circulating on Facebook of a "company" offering pet recovery. They scam innocent, helpless individuals out of hundreds if not THOUSANDS of dollars in the false promise to come help look for there missing pets. Well after enough of you AMAZING individuals reporting these low life individuals, we got there page taken down!!!

But the fight is never over, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT HIRE A DRONE PILOT THAT IS NOT VERIFIED!!!

You may be asking how do you know if they are verified or not.... well there is an AMAZING website where you can find hundreds across the U.S.
It's called Drone Animal Rescue, click on the website and look for a drone pilot in your area.

THERE IS NO DRONE PILOT THAT I KNOW OF THAT TAKES PAYMENT FIRST!!!

If you are paying for services before services are rendered then it is most likely a scam.

PLEASE SHARE THIS INFO FAR AND WIDE!!!

It may be a friend or family that just doesn't know better and they could fall victim.

Yet another company is getting there named smeared because of FAKE PROFILES. This fake page has been up and operational for over 2 years now and has recently "that we know of" been taking money from innocent people.

He runs an amazing company like ours down in Trumbull County, saving pets when they become lost. But for someone (not the real Zach) to have this much dedication to scam people is astonishing. THEY EVEN USED SOME OF OUR RESCUE PHOTOS!!!

So please please PLEASE get the word out that there is ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY NO DRONE PILOT OUT THERE that is going to ask for money up front.

IT IS A SCAM, DONT PAY IT!!!

It gives us drone pilots and company owners a bad name and we hope everyone does there homework when selecting the right company for there needs. We get it, times are stressful and your life is crumbling when a family member (your pet) goes missing. So hopefully no one has been scammed that follows us, and we hope everyone stays safe.

Alright my amazing followers, do your thing. This little girl has a 3 day lead on us and could be anywhere. Her name is Oakley and she got out in Austinburg, her home is on Foreman Rd and she has to be somewhere. Unfortunately in the past she has been lured to a passing vehicle in attempts to take her. We think that after 3 days and zero sightings that she may have been pup-napped. If any of your friends or family members got a "new" dog that matches her distribution please please do the right thing and contact me.
