Last night, current Writing Colleagues came together for the first Professional Development meeting of the Spring ‘24 semester! The program was honored to engage with Prof. Audrey Roberson’s rich knowledge and insightful connections between Global Englishes and the WC practice, the theme for this semester! The questions posed from Audrey will continue to be weaved throughout the entire semester. October Professional Development this week was a success! 📝 Active Writing Colleagues worked together to do mock meetings using specific tactics, exploring their effectiveness. This work all tied back to the Writing Colleague Program Fall 2023 theme: “Feminist Pedagogies and Tutoring Practices!”
