~ Eat Your Way To Healthier Hair
Diet can have a significant effect on the state of your hair. I’ve seen and experienced this first hand. Foods that can make your hair healthy are Salmon 🍣 Walnuts, Eggs 🥚 Lentils, Spinach & Greek Yogurt

~ Don’t Wash Your Hair To Often
I used to wash my hair every single day 😳 unless your hair is producing to much oil, limit the amount you wash your hair. Dry shampoo is the perfect product to soak up the oil and reshape your style. My favorite Dry Shampoo is !

~ Use Conditioner On The Ends Of Your Hair
This tips 💡goes with the previous one ☝️ Could those oily roots be caused from not using your conditioner correctly 🤔 Conditioner is designed to replace moisture lost from shampooing and works to smooth down the hair cuticle. Applying conditioner to just the tips of your hair will help prevent your roots from looking greasy & dull. Have you tried ? With this product you skip the conditioner all together!! 👍

~ Don’t Brush Your Hair When It’s Wet
Wet hair is more vulnerable to breakage and can stretch and brake more easily when brushed. Try twisting your hair up 🆙 into a towel for 30 mins then use a comb instead of a brush. My favorite is ♥️

~ Don’t Over Style Your Hair
Limit the amount of time you straighten, curl and blowout your hair. When blow-drying your hair make sure it’s 75-80% dry before using a brush to reduce the heat from the blow dryer. When using an additional styling tool, always use a heat protectant. My go to is Heat Hero 🦸🏼‍♀️
