Did you know The Bird & Bottle Inn was around fifteen years before the American Revolution? 🐦‍⬛ In 1761 it opened as Warren’s Tavern, a stagecoach stop along the old Albany Post Road, run by the Warren family (generations later, Emily Warren Roebling would help build the Brooklyn Bridge!) By 1776 it was pouring drinks for soldiers from both sides of the war, and before long the Continental Army seized it and made it a regional headquarters.

We’re honored to have this history as part of our story. It lives on in the way we gather here today, with good food, full tables, and respect for the ground we stand on. Celebrate Hudson Valley history with us, and raise a glass where they once did.

Wed/Thu/Fri: Dinner 4:30-10PM
