I am on the lookout for people to clean houses. No this is not a scam and I'm not going to tell you your making $300 a day...

We are a small business from Garrett. We do demo and reno, property maintenance and management, and lawncare/snow removal and now we do property turn overs. Our cleaner for our short term rentals (airbnb) is taking another path so we decided to start our own cleaning business. Saves us money and allows us to do what we love most about being business owners and that is providing income to people who need it.

A position with us will be a ¾ time job during our peak season. We will market in the off season (winter) for residential cleans or cleans with other str owners/managers to keep our schedule full but will likely be more like ½time. With that being said I hope to find people with an array or needs in thier schedule. Maybe one cleaner only wants 2 cleans a week. Maybe another cleaner would like the leftover. Bottom line... we work as a team in junction with our maintainance and lawn care crew.

There will be last minute cleans, construction cleans, and same day checkin cleans that will fall out of this range but most cleans (4-8hrs) will need to be completed between 11am on the day our guest checks out and 4pm the following day when the unit needs to be ready for the next guest. With that it will be easy to "create your own schedule".

I hope this type of position will allow working adults to supplement income or help put away for something special. A job with flexibility and bosses that understand what it is like to be a working mother/father needing more than our current position is providing. The type of job I would have loved when I worked outside of my business.

Don't get me started on how a position like this will open into more opportunities if you'd like. I will eventually hire someone to manage the day to day operations of this business and am also on the lookout for a personal assistant and/or social media manager.
