It's been awhile guys (deep sigh). This article caught my eye this morning as it seems too good to be true. It would seem that we are on the cusp of another all time low as far as interest rates go. This is great for anyone that bought a home in mid 2019 and is looking to refinance to something almost 2.5% lower. The thing that got me was none of the identified lenders wanted to comment on the new offered interest rates (blinking yellow light, proceed with caution). My thoughts are, we are currently in uncharted territory. Refiancing is great in my book, IF you are getting a percent lower than you currently have AND the fine print isn't raking you over the coals. Check out the link below:
